They opened the acclaimed center with ballroom enthusiast Jhanna Volynets in 2005—and since then, they’ve put together a team of the most talented instructors around.

Small Beginnings Co-founder Maksim Chmerkovskiy began ballroom dancing at age 4—and by age 16, he was teaching private classes. He opened his first studio with his father, Sasha, when he was only 17 years old—laying the groundwork for what would one day be Dance With Me.
